A fun mystery that never stops

Once again Tonya Kappes delivered a fun, light, mystery that is full of her typical twists and turns. I have learned not to try guessing "who did it", but to just sit back and enjoy the story as it unfolds. The characters are outrageously written and I can't wait to visit them again in the next novel. This series is so entertaining and light, murder cannot stop the enjoyment of all the characters. Highly recommended and eagerly awaiting the next adventure.

An excellent sequel to Splitsville.com

Life is going good for Olivia Davis. Really good. Her two businesses are going well - Splitsville.com, where she provides online breakups, and Color Me Love, where she matches couples up using her skills to read auras. However, life has a way of causing strife for Olivia, especially when it's going so well. When a Color Me Love client turns up dead, Olivia has to go undercover as a erotic film actress to try to find out who is setting her up and trying to frame her. If that is not enough Olivia is also trying to keep her secret identities a secret from Joel, her new love interest.
I really enjoyed Splitsville.com and I was looking forward to seeing what kind of adventure and mischief Olivia would get into next. Well it turns out there is a lot of adventure AND mischief for Olivia as she tries to find out who killed Linda Minx, erotic film actress and client of Color Me Love.
Tonya Kappes delivers a great story of mystery, mayhem and the underworld of seedy characters, porn stars and drugs. If it wasn't for the humor and laughs that Olivia provides you would think it would be a plotline for a thriller. Alas, no this book is as cozy as you can get and as all my readers know I love cozy mysteries!! Color Me a Crime provides a perfect balance because the mystery was a first class suspenseful tale that kept me hooked as I tried to guess who was behind the murder, and the romance and colourful characters kept me intrigued as well.
The ending of Color Me a Crime leaves a hint in the air of something more to come for Olivia, and I won't spoil the ending for my readers. I will say I am highly anticipating future instalments in this series. If you love your cozies with a large dose of adventure and some romance thrown in I highly recommend this series. It's fun, light and mysterious and bound to please every cozy mystery reader.

LOVED THIS BOOK!!!!

This is the second book in A Olivia Davis Paranormal Mysteries! I didn't want to put it down, I was completely enthralled in this book! Olivia is now working two jobs, one at Splitsville.com where she breaks up with people and the second is with her best friend Erin at Color Me Love where she reads people auras to find them their perfect match! She has a new blue aura boyfriend Joel, who is on the police force! But one of Color Me Love's Clients is murdered and Olivia is prime suspect! Now she has to clear her name and fix her life! Not only did this book make you turn page after page but was laugh out loud funny with twists and turns I never so coming! I highly recommend!
