Not that great

This book is not really 419 pages. It was about 40 pages. The writer takes the entire laws into the book. She talks about herself and goes on about her New York contacts. Her check lists are of things that are found in other skip trace blogs and groups. I was very disappointed. I am an investigator and didn't even learn 15 new things such as the previous reviewer. If I had bought the print version I would have been very disappointed. I waited too long to get a refund.
I read everything I can get my hands on and there are many good books out there that teach skip tracing. I often Google the term "learn skip tracing" or "learn how to skip trace" to find news articles and such. This book came up on one of those searches.

Way too verbose yet there are nuggets . . . even for seasoned investigators

This book is poorly written and could have checked in at under 50 pages; however, the checklists and occasional nugget do make it worth the effort to plow through the thing. I am a seasoned investigator and did learn about 15 new things.

Great Book Full of Resourceful Information!! Highly Recommended

Wow, I ordered this book "Skip Tracing Basics & Beyond" through Amazon at a good price and received it the very next day. I immediately started reading the book for information and found answers to many of my questions. I could not put the book down and sleep through the night because it kept my interest and wanting to read more. This book is full of information, easy reading and understanding with direction and is a great resource for how to conduct Skip Tracing and more. I was really impressed with her knowledge, experience, and background. This book provides numerous sites for what I found to be excellent resources that are helpful for businesses and personal level. I am retired law enforcement and an active private investigator. Yes, Two different worlds of having information at your fingertips, however, this book provided exactly what I needed and how to get it. As I read the book my thought process was provoked and enlightened to another level. I don't personally know Ms. Nash, nor do I hold stock in her endeavors :-) but, I had to place my review because of the wealth of information in her book that has shed light in the private sector of getting what I needed to get the job done and can help meet the needs of others looking for direction too. I highly recommend this book to everyone who works in, or has a permissible need for Skip Tracing. P.S., I did contact Ms. Nash for service and she was very personable and willing to help above the call of duty! Great service.
