Steamy and Fulfilling.

This book is as steamy and emotionally fulfilling as the cover promises. Old love with its experience and scars and new love with its blank pages of possibility. Sweet enough to make you crave a cuddle and hot enough to make you blush. A better choice I couldn't have made to get me in the mood for Valentine's Day! And now I'm off to order more from this editor...

This is the first time that I have had the chance to read an erotic anthology.
Each story just keeps getting better and better. We get to read a story of a husband forgetting his tenth wedding anniversary. I would have taken a longer time to forgive my husband for that. Needless to say he did make it up.
In this book you will have all kinds of different experiences. Some are so hot you will be pulling out some extra toys to help you put out the flames. You will have a woman feeling bad that she will soon be a mother so she shouldn’t be getting kinky with her husband. You have a couple that are getting divorced find that extra something they had been missing.
I think one of my favorites is the woman that gets tied to a table and the meat butcher gets to have his sexy way with her. Every story is less than ten pages. After I read this book I have come up with some new ideas to try out myself.
I will warn you that when you read this book you better make sure that you have no kids around. You’ll want to jump the closest person to you. So as you read this book keep an open mind and see if you can pick out your favorite story. It might just put an extra spice into your sex life.
I just want to thank every single author that had a hand in this erotic read. I know that I will be going back to read it again and again. I would recommend this hot sexy read to everyone that just wants to have several short stories in one book. Just take a chance and open your mind to the erotic side of life.

Short stories focused on sex...

Short stories with sex as the main plot... that pretty much sums up Best Erotic Romance 2013 for me. It's not my normal reading fare, but hey... it jumped out and bit me at the library. I had to check it out.
From a writer's perspective, it was interesting to see how the various authors set up their scenes and stories. The "romance" aspect gives it a softer edge than what one might think of when they imagine one of "those" types of books. I don't know that any of the stories would stick in my mind for too long after I read them, but for what it is, it's not bad.
I don't plan on making this genre part of my regular reading rotation. These types of scenes, set in longer novels, would be fine for my liking. But as a stand-alone collection of stories? I'm probably not the intended audience. :)
